Credit line (क्रेडिट लाइन)
A credit line is a pre-approved borrowing limit you can draw from repeatedly, paying interest only on the amount you actually use, unlike a one-shot loan. Digital credit lines follow the same RBI digital lending rules, including KFS disclosure of all costs.
Worked example
You get a ₹50,000 line and withdraw ₹12,000 for 20 days at 0.1% per day: interest = ₹240, while the unused ₹38,000 costs nothing. Total cost of that drawdown = ₹240 plus any per-withdrawal fee listed in your KFS.
